The initial plan, director Prashant Neel was slated to commence Jr NTR‘s film post the release of Salaar Part 1. However, there’s now buzz that the sequence might change. Prabhas has reportedly urged to fast-track Salaar 2’s production, leading Neel to consider this shift without a specified reason.

The rationale behind this adjustment remains uncertain, as predicting Salaar’s sustained popularity in a year or two is challenging, given its current impressive gross of over six hundred crores. Accelerating Salaar 2’s production during the existing hype could position it favorably for a release next year.

Jr NTR, occupied with War 2 after Devara 1, faces scheduling complexities with Koratala Siva preparing for Devara 2’s script. This tight schedule makes securing NTR’s dates challenging for a year. Consequently, there’s a likelihood that Salaar Part 2 might precede Jr NTR’s film. Notably, the pre-prepared set work and visual effects team could expedite production, minimizing potential delays.
