Prabhas, one of the top-tier heroes in the industry, currently holds the record for the highest number of committed movies among his peers. Despite his busy schedule, which has been booked solid for the past few years, Prabhas has been consistently working on multiple projects.
However, there’s a common trend across his movies – they keep getting postponed. Last year, Prabhas had two releases, Aadipurush and Salaar. This year, fans were anticipating The Raja Saab, Kalki, and Salaar 2, along with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit. Unfortunately, none of these films have hit the screens as per their initial announcement dates.
The heavy reliance on VFX and substantial budgets have contributed to the delays, making it challenging to meet deadlines. With each film being a pan-India project, the postponements have become a recurring issue.
Even though release dates keep shifting, Prabhas remains committed to his work, with the hope that at least one of his films will eventually see the light of day. As the industry buzz suggests, the team is now eyeing a September release for Kalki, yet uncertainty looms over its actual release date.
