Renowned poet and writer “Yuga kavi” Gunturu Seshendra Sarma’s Adhunika Mahabharatam is probably one of his most popular writings. And the book has a celebrity fan, two in fact. One of them is star actor Pawan Kalyan who has taken his love to the next level and has provided funds to reprint an entire new edition of the book, a total of 25,000 copies.
The actor has even written a Telugu foreword for the book. Sharing how the book has been very important for him in life, and how it has influenced him, and even shaped him as a human being, the actor. The actor who wrote the note in May 2016, quotes a few of his favourite lines. And also introduces us to another celebrity fan of the book – director Trivikram Srinivas. Interestingly, it was through him that he was introduced to the book and PK thanked him for that in the foreword.
