Nayanthara And Vignesh’s Latest Investment….

Nayanthara and her husband Vignesh Shivan have reportedly bought a luxurious duplex house in Poes Garden which is one of the most famous residential areas in Chennai.

According to few reports the couple purchased the property for around Rs. 31.5 crore in the “Legacy” residential project.

The duplex is spread across the fourth and fifth floors and has a huge area of about 14,369 sq.ft.

Poes Garden is known for being home to many celebrities including Rajinikanth and Dhanush.

Reports also say Nayanthara recently earned around Rs. 10 crore for her film MSVPG with Chiranjeevi further increasing her earnings and investments.
