Nagarjuna Files A Defamation Lawsuit Against Konda Surekha

Nagarjuna has decided to take legal action against Congress Minister Konda Surekha. He filed a defamation case at a special judicial magistrate court in Nampally, Hyderabad.

He claimed that Konda Surekha made offensive remarks about his son Naga Chaitanya and Samantha‘s divorce, which damaged his family’s reputation. He submitted a recording of Surekha’s speech as evidence.

The lawyer of King Nagarjuna stated that Surekha’s false and defamatory comments were intended to harm his family’s image.

He requested the court to take action against her under Section 356 of B.N.S. and seek justice in this case.
