Varun Tej is doubly excited about his release this Friday, Mister. He has put a lot of hopes on the movie and loves to see it being a success for all the parties involved. He is making a comeback of sorts after the debacle of Loafer, directed by Puri Jagannath released way back in December, 2015. The actor shared his experiences about the movie with media. He said he loves to play different characters and this is first time he will be playing the role that requires him to be at his comic best. The actor is quite sure about the comparisons with his cousins and he made it clear that he is no way worried about them.
In fact, he remembered that it is Charan, his elder brother who gave him moral support while he was nursing his leg injury during the 50 day period. He said due to his suggestions he is able to chose different subjects and do the movies that he feels will work on him rather than doing those films that people think should work on him. About his choices till date, the actor sounded confident about him improving with each movie and learning as much as possible. He termed himself as a eternal learner and the wants to continue to be one.
He said he had no apprehensions in collaborating with a out of form director like Srinu Vaitla, has even he saw a big failure before the movie. In fact he suggested that even the director could have chosen to wait for any other popular actor for his story than him. He reiterated that Srinu Vaitla made a movie that is more in sync with his Anandam days that were more emotion driven than character driven and comedy oriented like his later films. He promised that the movie will be a complete entertainer for family audience and youth alike! His next movie Fida directed by Shekar Kammula is all ready to hit the screens and the team will announce a release date soon.
