Chiranjeevi’s Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu is hitting the screens today with a grand release, along with special paid premieres held across the globe. The film has opened to a positive response everywhere.
The biggest surprise is the strong turnout of family audiences even before Sankranthi. Generally, family crowds prefer to watch films during the Sankranthi holidays starting from January 14th, but this film has managed to pull them to theatres much earlier and in impressive numbers.
The word of mouth among family audiences has been decent, which is clearly reflecting in the advance bookings for Monday, as they are quite strong.
Compared to other recent releases the rush of families to theatres during the pre-Sankranthi period is noticeably higher. This early response itself suggests that Chiranjeevi has a winner on his hands especially with support from family audiences.
Director Anil is receiving appreciation for bringing back the vintage Megastar charm. The film features Nayanthara as the female lead and is produced by Sahu Garapati and Sushmita Konidela.
