Kritika Kamra has completed filming her next movie a drama-comedy directed by Peepli Live filmmaker Anusha Rizvi.
The yet-to-be-titled film was shot entirely in Delhi and features a mainly female cast with Kritika playing the lead role. Joining her are Farida Jalal, Juhi Babbar and Shreya Dhanwanthary in key roles.
This film marks Anusha Rizvi’s return to direction blending meaningful storytelling with light-hearted humor. Known for her focus on social themes Rizvi this time presents a women-centric narrative.
Kritika’s role places her at the heart of the story, giving her a strong platform following her growing digital success.
A source shared that filming in Delhi added authenticity and praised the energy the cast brought to the set.
With principal photography wrapped the movie is now in post-production. The release date and title are expected soon, adding to the rise of female-led stories in Indian cinema.
