Jason Sanjay’s Sigma Release Put On Hold

Vijay has been in the news for the past 1 month due to political controversies ahead of the TN Assembly elections and reports about his divorce.

Because of this situation there is uncertainty about the release of Jana Nayagan. At the same time another film connected to his family is also facing delays.

Vijay’s son Jason Sanjay made his directorial debut with Sigma. This film stars Sundeep Kishan and Faria and is produced by Lyca Productions.

Actually this film was firstly planned for release in December 2025 but was postponed. Few reports say the film team want to release it only after the elections to avoid media focus on Vijay controversies instead of the film.
