Indian 2 is yet another most awaited Kollywood film, starring Kamal Haasan, Kajal Agarwal, Siddharth, Sampath Raj. Considering the predecessor, Indian (1996), was a hit, the bar for this action-thriller drama is set pretty high. Continuing on the theme of Shankar, who directed the movie is the ex-freedom fighter Senapathy played by Kamal Haasan.
In Indian 2, Senapathy comes back to India to support a young man, portrayed by Siddharth, who is continuously posting videos that reveal that corrupt politicians are involved in various scams. This lays down the background for another fight against corruption, and that also resonates well with the first movie.
Kajal Agarwal got an important character to portray, and she also contributes to the glamour quotient of the film. The audio launch of the film which fixated on June 1 in the Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai has created immense buzz among the fans and the movie lovers. Conveying the message of countering corrupt authorities in the society, Indian 2 looks set to offer heavy dose of action and a captivating plot.
