I’m happy such an honest man wrote about Dasari : Chiranjeevi

Megastar Chiranjeevi is one of the few stars in our Telugu Cinema, who became an inspiration for the coming generations. He proved that if you have the willpower to shine, you can make all the obstacles as stepping stones for success and became Megastar of the Telugu Cinema. He has a great relationship with many respectable persons from other areas of media too. Talking at the inauguration of Dasari Narayana Rao’s memoir book, Tera Venuka Dasari’ launch he mentioned about the writer and famous journalist, Pasupuleti Ramarao.

He said, “I just started out in my film career and did not have much money in my hands. I read an article about me written by Pasupuleti and I invited him to my place. Today, Rs. 100 might hold of much value but back then I did not have much money. So, as a token of gratitude for encouraging me I gave him the money. He removed his hands from mine like he had a shock and rejected the money saying he did not expect anything from me. He mentioned it is his duty to bring to limelight people like me. From then on, my respect for him as increased and even today, I see him being a man of principal and unfazed by changes in financial and ethical standards. I salute him and nobody other than him can give a better tribute to Dasari garu.”

Many others like C. Kalyan, Relangi Narasimha Rao, Davala Satyam have participated in this meet and shared the same opinion on Pasupuleti Ramarao. C.
