Harom Hara is Sudheer Babu’s latest film which has caught the imagination of one and all. The action drama is set in the Chittoor region and has been released today. Let’s review how it is going to be.

Story: Subramanyam lands in the Kuppam area for livelihood. He falls in love with Devi(Malavika Sharma), who works in a college and joins there as a lab assistant. There, he gets into a feud and loses a job. This is also the time Subramanyam comes across the gun manufacturing business, which is on the rise in the area. He joins hands with Palani Swamy(Sunil) and grows big in the business. But as in every business, there are enemies, Submanyam makes many. How he will handle his business and the obstacles that come with them is the basic story of the film.

Performances: Sudheer Babu is amazing in a mass avatar for the first time. All these days, he has done stylish action drama, but in Harom Hara, he goes all out and looks explosive in all the action sequences. The director has used him perfectly in the narrative. Sunil is seen in yet another important and does well within his limitations. Though his role looks a bit like what he did in Pushpa, Sunil holds your attention. Ashara Gowda and Jayaprakash Narayana are also neat in their roles.

Technical Aspects: Harom Hara is one of the most technically strong films in recent times. What draws your attention is the excellent camera work and the color palette chosen for the visuals. The cinematographer needs a special mention for this film. The pace of the film is a bit slow, and has nothing great to showcase in terms of editing excellence. The writing is KGF-based and there are so many scenes copied from many hit films. The dialogues are good, and the BGM is smashing and elevates the film big time.

Analysis: The first aspect that impresses you in Harom Hara is the scale and backdrop, which looks new. Right from the accent to the production values, this film draws your attention to the end. But it also has a lot of loose ends as well. After a point, it becomes too predictable and slow as well, but Sudheer Babu and the action sequences keep the audience engaged.

The songs in the film are inerted well in the narrative. Sunil’s role is handed well by the director, and the scenes between him and Sudheer Babu have been designed well. Harom Hara has a very good backdrop and is directed well by Gnanasagar Dwaraka. The young director has a lot of promise and showcases what he has in him as a filmmaker with the interval block, which has been designed superbly.

Harom Hara has so many action episodes that the masses will like. Sudheer Babu is seen in a very new avatar and the director Dwaraka has showcased him in a superb manner. The film has decent thrills but the predictable factor looms large on the film. But still, Harom Hara has decent moments that can be given a shot.

Verdict: Overall, Harom Hara is a decent action drama that showcases Sudheer Babu in a mass avatar. Though the story is routine, the way it has been presented look good and the masses will love the film.

Bottom Line – Sudheer Babu in a new avatar
