Dulquer’s 1950s Drama Kaantha Awaits Fresh Release Date

Dulquer Salmaan’s film Kaantha has caught everyone’s attention with its teaser, which shows a story set in the 1950s.

The movie stars Bhagyashree Borse as the heroine and is directed by Selvamani Selvaraj. Samuthirakani also plays an important role.

Kaantha was supposed to release on September 12th but the makers have postponed it.

The reason is that Kalyani Priyadarshan’s Lokah is doing very well at the box office, and since Dulquer is the producer of Lokah, he didn’t want both films to clash.

A new release date for Kaantha will be announced soon. The film is produced on a big scale by Rana Daggubati, Dulquer Salmaan, Prashanth Potluri, and Jom Varghese under Spirit Media Pvt. Ltd. and Wayfarer Films Pvt. Ltd.
