Drishyam sequel gets a start date

Mohan Lal Starrer Drishyam can be considered as one of the best thrillers in recent times. It is a rare genre of blending thriller with family emotions. Drishyam has been a sensational hit in the Malayalam industry. It got remade into many languages. In Telugu, Venkatesh remade the film with the same title. The result is the same in Tollywood as well.

It is a few weeks back that Drishyam director Jeetu Joseph announced there will be a sequel to Drishyam. This announcement was made on Mohan Lal’s 60th birthday. As per the latest reports, Drishyam sequel will start exactly at the point where Drishyam ended. It is known that Drishyam ended where the protagonist covered up a murder. Now the sequel will deal with the thrilling elements behind the covered-up murder.

Since the movie’s announcement makers have been eagerly waiting for more updates. It is now said that Drishyam 2 has completed all the pre-production formalities and the script is ready. The shooting of this movie will kickstart from Mid August. An official announcement regarding the same will be out very soon.
