Since about 26 years ago, Gurmeet Singh Jolly, also known as Shera, has been in charge of security. He has ties to other actors besides Salman, though. Shera has previously served as a bodyguard for a number of well-known Hollywood figures that are currently trending on the internet.

Keanu Reeves and Justin Bieber are in the headlines but for very different reasons. The pop icon singer is involved in conflicts in his personal life even though the actor is making news for his action blockbuster smash, John Wick: Chapter 4. Many people would be shocked to learn about Shera’s relationship with these well-known Hollywood figures, though.

Shera, Salman Khan’s bodyguard, reportedly met Keanu Reeves in 1995, per a Bollywoodmdb article. He set up the meeting through Sohail Khan, and when the actor needed to leave on a global tour, Shera was given responsibility for the Superstar’s security. Shera said, “I met Salman Khan when Keanu Reeves, the Hollywood hero, came to India. Speed had been released, and Matrix was about to release. I did my first show with Salman in Chandigarh, and we’ve been together ever since.”

When Justin Bieber traveled to India in 2017 for his debut performance, social media users heavily criticized him. Salman Khan’s bodyguard Shera prepared him to be in charge of the pop icon singer’s protection, nevertheless. Prior to the singing sensation’s performance in the city, the renowned bodyguard played a crucial part in managing the safety detail and conducting a recce of the stadium to make sure all security-related arrangements were made.

It’s interesting to note that Shera appeared in Salman Khan’s film Bodyguard as a cameo. Not to mention, the Bhaijaan surprised fans with his appearance in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, and they are truly showing their appreciation.
