Buzz: Pawan scaring away directors

Pawan Kalyan enjoys a huge fan following, something that hasn’t been possible for many actors. Irrespective of the result of his films, Pawan’s films always draw in huge crowds, and make good at the box office. Despite all of this, directors seem to be wary of collbaoting with Pawan.

The main reason for this is that Pawan is juggling between politics and films, and has been signing many movies back to back. Pawan signed Hari Hara Veera Mallu and Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh long back, even before Bheemla Nayak and any other film. Nevertheless, both these films have been put on a back burner, with Pawan concentrating on other films. Pawan gave more importance to other films, and only recently resumed HHVM, and BBS is yet to be started.

With the actor reportedly planning on shifting his focus to politics from the next month, directors are said to be thinking twice before signing a film with Pawan. Surender Reddy recently walked out of a film he was supposed to do with the actor, and it is now to be seen who will be brought in his place.
