Balayya wants to make a comeback and prove that he is a legend in his own way. He has pinned all his hopes on the film Ruler which will be out on the 20th of December in a very grand manner in both the Telugu states.
The film’s pre-release event will be held on the 14th of this month and for the first time, Balayya is making plans to bring a big star to attend the event as a chief guest so that the fans will have a blast.
Generally, that does not happen as Balayya himself dominates the proceedings. But this time as things are dull, he does not want to take any risk at all and create a good buzz for this film through a special guest.
