Atlee’s High-Budget Film: Talks Of Allu Arjun As The Lead?

Director Atlee planned to work with Allu Arjun. While Allu Arjun was busy shooting for Pushpa 2 Atlee narrated a story to him. However the project didn’t happen because of a disagreement over Atlee’s high fee of Rs. 80 cr.

After dropping the project, Atlee pitched a multi-starrer film to Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. Reports say the film might also feature either Kamal Haasan or Rajinikanth, along with a Hollywood actor.

Atlee wants to make a high-standard action drama like Hollywood films. However the project is facing budget issues, as costs have reportedly reached Rs. 500 crore.

Due to these financial problems, there are talks of replacing Salman Khan with Allu Arjun to control expenses.

Atlee feels Allu Arjun would be the right choice after his Pushpa 2 success in the Hindi market, but there is no official confirmation yet.
