Kamal Hasaan and Mani Ratnam, the two visionaries after 34 long years are coming back together to grace us with an exhilarating action thriller Thug Life. The film will have an important role for Simbhu.
The new cast addition to the project is actor Ashok Selvan who played the lead in Pon Ondru Kanden.

Instead, the actor just liked Instagram posts which said he’d bagged the specific part. Earlier the role Jayam Ravi was supposed to play, will be done by Ashok Selvan.
The film stars Trisha Krishnan in the lead role along with Aishwarya Lekshmi, Gautham Karthik, Nasser, Ali Fazal, and Pankaj Tripathi playing vital roles.
Thug Life is produced by Kamal Hasaan, Mani Ratnam, R. Mahendran, and Siva Ananth and the music is composed by A R Rahman.
