Allu Sirish debuted with Gouravam as a lead actor and he did not receive any positive feedback for his acting skills. After going through some more deliberation and training, he came up with Kotha Janta in the direction of Maruthi Dasari. Even that movie failed at the box office and Allu Sirish was branded to be a rejected actor. His fortunes took a U-turn with the Srirasthu Subhamasthu, directed by Parasuram. The movie became a hit at the box office. Even his acting skills have improved to an extent.
With renewed energy, he is currently acting in a Malayalam period movie, 1971 – Beyond the borders. The movie will soon complete the final schedule and finish the post production. The team is planning for a telugu release too. Soon they will announce the release plans and Sirish is looking forward to surprise audience with his mature portrayal it seems. There were many speculations about his next project in Telugu but none of them have come true.
Now, we hear that his next movie will be produced by his home production house, Geeta Arts. Vi Anand who scored a blockbuster with Ekkadikipothav Chinnavada starring Nikhil, Hebah Patel and Nandita. The story narrated by Vi Anand impressed Sirish and the actor will soon start the shooting. Gentleman, Express Raja fame Surabhi will play the lead actress role. The producers will soon announce the complete cast and crew details.
