Aishwarya Rajesh, the upcoming Tamil actress, who is slowly becoming a star in her own right, made comments about the casting couch. She said that she had to handle many sly comments and navigate through people who asked her for sexual favours to attain such a position. The actress comments have spurred up the discussion of #MeToo again. Many forgot the movement as it lost the steam after becoming a big thing in few days. Women who tried to make use of it, ended their active participation due to opposition from film fans when several heroes were unnecessarily named.
