NTR biopic has been divided into two movies after Director Teja left the movie unable to convince Balakrishna, the producer and lead actor, about the necessary and unnecessary parts in the movie. Krish the director, came up with the solution of two different films keeping the acting career separate from the political career of the legend.
But the problem is that for two films to exist they need two satisfying scripts. Balakrishna wanted to start and finish the shooting at one stretch by December for both movies for January release. Hence, the team announced two release dates for NTR Kathanayakudu and NTR Mahanayakudu films in January, itself.
The plan didn’t look feasible for distributors and also, there are portions to be shot for Mahanayakudu film, still. They did complete Kathanayakudu but the problem is that NBK wants all the iconic film tributes to be included along with important moments of NTR’s personal life.
This became a problem on the editing table, it seems. The team is waiting for NBK to return and watch the full-length film to approve any cuts that the team decides. They are careful about this aspect, as he only knows the complete story to judge the impact of those situations. We have to wait and see, how will they solve the problem and start promotions.
