Yash Promises A Fresh Take On Ravana In Ramayana

Yash has praised his Ramayana co-star Ranbir Kapoor saying everyone will see a wonderful portrayal of Lord Rama in the film for sure.

Yash said Ranbir respected the role and worked very hard to play the character. He added that Ranbir’s humility and lovely dedication make him the perfect choice for Rama.

Yash who plays Ravana also spoke about the challenge of portraying such a much famous character.

He said many actors have played Ravana over the long years so his goal was to present the role in a fresh yet authentic way without fail.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari while Ramayana stars Sai Pallavi as Sita. The first part will release during Diwali 2026 while the second part is scheduled for 2027.
