Prabhas’ highly anticipated pan-India project, Adipurush, released last month, unfortunately failing to meet expectations at the box office. The film received a barrage of negative reviews, with audiences expressing their disappointment. Many criticisms centered around the shoddy visual effects, director Om Raut’s lack of vision, and subpar dialogues, which were attributed to dialogue writer Manoj Muntashir.

Muntashir faced severe criticism for the substandard dialogues in Adipurush, particularly from common people and those with strong religious beliefs. They felt deeply offended and directed their anger towards Muntashir after watching the movie. Some individuals believed that unnecessary changes had been made to the Ramayana, and they deemed the dialogues disrespectful. Shockingly, a few people even issued death threats against Muntashir for his objectionable dialogues that hurt their religious sentiments.

Initially, Muntashir was defensive about his work on the film, despite the production team having already replaced the objectionable dialogues. However, after more than 20 days since the film’s release, he has now offered a sincere apology to those who were hurt by his work. Taking to Twitter, he shared a post seeking unconditional forgiveness.

In his tweet, Muntashir expressed remorse and acknowledged that people’s emotions were hurt by Adipurush. With folded hands, he extended his unconditional apologies and prayed that Lord Bajrang Bali, a revered deity in Hinduism, keep them united and grant them the strength to serve their sacred Sanatan (eternal) beliefs and their great nation.
