Will Prasanth Varma Bounce Back?

Director Prasanth Varma became popular across India after the blockbuster success of HanuMan. After that, he announced several big projects. However, many of them did not move forward.

One of the dropped projects was supposed to launch Mokshagna Nandamuri. He also planned a film with Bollywood star Ranveer Singh and another movie with a mid-range Telugu hero.

Due to reported differences with producers and actors, these films were shelved. A producer even approached the Film Chamber over a dispute.

Now, reports say his mythological film “Baka” with Prabhas is also on hold. A test shoot was done earlier, but Prabhas is busy with Spirit, Fauji, and Kalki 2, and reportedly decided not to continue with “Baka.”
