Why Takshakudu Chose Direct OTT Release..?

Middle Class Melodies, starring Anand Deverakonda and Varsha Bollamma released directly on Prime Video during the COVID period and became a solid hit.

The actor and director, Anand and Vinod Anantoju have teamed up again for a new film titled Takshakudu.

Just like their previous movie, Takshakudu will also release directly on OTT but this time on Netflix. Producer Naga Vamsi explained that some stories suit theatres while others work better on digital platforms.

Since Netflix plans to release the film in 30 languages across many countries they felt an OTT release would reach a bigger audience.

Laapata Ladies actress Nitanshi Goel makes her Tollywood debut with this film, which is produced by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinema.
