Vivek Oberoi, who recently joined Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit starring Prabhas is now busy filming Ramayana. The grand mythological movie, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, will see him playing the role of Vibhishana.
In a heartwarming move, Vivek has decided to donate his entire payment from Ramayana to help children fighting cancer, saying he doesn’t want to keep even a single rupee for himself.
“I told Namit that I don’t want a penny for this”, he said calling Ramayana India’s answer to Hollywood epics.
The actor praised the film’s vision and scale expressing his excitement to be part of such a huge project. Not only fans but everyone are appreciating his generous act and wishing him luck.
The film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, Yash, Sunny Deol and others, with music by A.R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer. Backed by Prime Focus Studios and Monster Mind Creations, Ramayana will release on Diwali 2026.
