Viral Interview Remark Puts Ayesha Khan In Spotlight

Ayesha Khan, who recently gained popularity with item numbers in Telugu cinema and Bollywood, is facing social media criticism over a comment made in a recent interview.

The actress who featured in the hit song “Shararat” from Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar spoke about the tough two day shoot and said she was not at her best as she was on her period during filming.

While she meant to explain the physical strain she experienced her statement did not go well with some netizens. Many users trolled her, saying that women across the country continue to work daily, even in demanding jobs, during their menstrual cycle.

Some even made sarcastic remarks. However a section of fans defended Ayesha, praising her professionalism and commitment to completing the shoot despite discomfort.

Earlier she appeared in Telugu songs like “Om Bush Bush” and films such as Gangs of Godavari.
