It is already reported that heroine Samantha is participating in the shooting of her upcoming Hindi web series Citadel. Co-starring Varun Dhawan in a key role, Citadel is said to be an official remake of the Russo Brothers’ American show, Citadel. The Indian version is being helmed by The Family Man fame director duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK for Amazon Prime.
On the other hand, Samantha has a project titled, Kushi with sensational hero Vijay Deverakonda. After wrapping up almost seventy percent, the film’s shooting is kept on hold due to health reasons of Samantha.
Meanwhile, this afternoon Samantha had a brief interaction with her fans on social media. Giving a reply to the Rowdy fan when he asked regarding the status of Kushi, Samantha quoted the question and wrote:”#Kushi will resume very soon .. my apologies to @TheDeverakonda fans @ShivaNirvana @MythriOfficial”.
As a reply to Samantha’s answer, “We all await your return in full health and your big smile ❤️”, wrote Vijay Deverakonda. This kind of moral support from Vijay Deverakonda to his co-star has been winning the hearts of netizens.
While Malayalam musician Hesham Abdul Wahab is composing soundtracks for this romantic drama, director Shiva Nirvana is keen on wrapping up the balance shoot part within one month if Samantha returns to the sets.
