Vignesh Shivan’s Heartfelt Salute To Rajinikanth

Rajinikanth’s 50 years in cinema has become a nationwide celebration, made even grander with the release of Coolie. Tributes have been pouring in from all corners of the film industry.

Director-producer Vignesh Shivan shared an emotional Instagram post recalling how he teared up when he first met the superstar.

“Thalaiva… everyone in this industry and everyone who knows you loves you! It’s because you are not just a star, but also a wonderful human being”.

“50 years of entertainment, style, and unconditional love from loyal fans,” he wrote. He also said he’ll be watching Coolie on the first day, first show, and wished the team great success.
