Vicky Kaushal has high hopes from The Great Indian Family, says he is proud

Here is what Vicky Kaushal has to say about his first straight-up family entertainment project, “The Great Indian Family” (TGIF).

With “The Great Indian Family” (TGIF), Bollywood star Vicky Kaushal is doing his first pure family entertainment in a ten-year career.

The actor expressed his gratitude for having finally discovered a film in his preferred genre because it brought back happy memories of his formative years.

Vicky said: “I remember when I was growing up, some of my favourite memories were about us as a family going to a theatre and watching a film that we all could enjoy together. I used to look forward to such films because it became an event for my family. It was just a lovely experience, an unforgettable one.”

So, when I made the decision to become an actor, I believed I could make a movie that families would enjoy seeing. I wished to share with others the same experience I had. Because of the lovely message that TGIF will convey to viewers, I’m incredibly proud to be a part of it, he continued.

The actor wishes for the movie to touch viewers’ emotions and stir them with its inspiring message.

“I hope TGIF is a movie that people will connect to and engage with on an emotional level as well as an entertaining level,” Vicky remarked. I’m excited to show our movie to the public on September 22.

Vijay Krishna Acharya is the director of the family comedy movie The Great India Family.

The story, which is centred on the craziness that breaks out in Vicky’s family as a result of certain unexpected circumstances that are out of anyone’s control, is set in the heartland of India.

Vicky, Manushi Chhillar, Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Sadiya Siddiqui, Alka Amin, Srishti Dixit, Bhuvan Arora, Ashutosh Ujjwal, and Bharti Perwani are all featured in the ensemble cast.

The movie will debut on September 22.
