Vettaiyan May Not Release For The Announced Date

Rajinikanth new movie Vettaiyan directed by TJ Gnanavel carries a strong social message.

Superstar plays the police in the movie and firstly it was planned to release on October 10th but due to some delays the release date has been postponed. The makers are now looking at releasing Vettaiyan for Diwali.

Meanwhile Kanguva which was also scheduled for October 10th will now have a solo release during the holiday season.

Vettaiyan is significant as it reunites Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan on screen after many years.

Lyca Productions is producing the film with Anirudh handling the music and background score. Asian Cinemas has acquired the Telugu theatrical rights for Vettaiyan.
