Venky to join the sets of his next in June

A couple of days back we had reported that Tollywood hero Venkatesh signed Bollywood star Salman Khan’s new film. Reportedly, Venky has allocated twenty days call sheets for Salman Khan’s film, Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali and will start shooting for his part soon.

Now, the latest news is that Venky will be joining the sets of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali from June itself. Touted as a family entertainer, KEKD has Pooja Hegde as the female lead opposite Salman Khan. Farhad Samji is the director for Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali and also stars Salman’s close friend Shehnaaz Gill in a key role. Bollywood sources say that Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is loosely based on Tamil star Ajith’s 2014 hit, Veeram.

In Telugu, Venkatesh’s much-awaited entertainer, F3 under the direction of Anil Ravipudi is all set for a May 27th. The film also stars Varun Tej in the second lead role.
