As Sankranthi approaches, several big movies in the Telugu film industry are gearing up for release, creating an intense buzz among audiences. Mahesh Babu’s ‘Guntur Kaaram’, Venkatesh’s ‘Saindhav’, Nagarjuna’s ‘Naa Sami Ranga’, Raviteja’s ‘Eagle’, and Teja Sajja’s ‘Hanu-Man’ are all set to hit the theaters between January 12th and 14th, just 30 days away.
Currently, ‘Guntur Kaaram’ and ‘Naa Sami Ranga’ are still in the shooting phase, while ‘Hanu-Man’ and ‘Eagle’ are undergoing post-production. ‘Saindhav’ seems ahead with its first copy almost ready. Despite the pending work, all these movies need to kick off their promotional activities. So far, only few songs from each film have been released.
Venkatesh, however, has taken a proactive approach. He’s actively promoting ‘Saindhav’, engaging with college audiences, delivering energetic speeches, and sharing advice, creating substantial hype for the movie. This has placed ‘Saindhav’ far ahead in the Sankranthi race compared to its competitors. Meanwhile, other films seem to be waiting for the wave of excitement around Prabhas’s ‘Salaar’ to settle down before releasing their marketing campaigns around December 25th.
However, the delay might affect their ability to capitalize on the festive Sankranthi period, potentially impacting their opening box office numbers. To ensure a grand opening on Sankranthi eve, it’s crucial for these movies to intensify their promotional strategies and catch up with Venkatesh’s proactive approach, maximizing the excitement among the audience for their respective releases.
