Venkatesh Takes Decent Pay For MSVG

Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu marks the first-ever collaboration between Chiranjeevi and Venkatesh. The film is said to be a laugh filled family entertainer.

The idea began when Chiranjeevi hinted at a special role for Venkatesh after which director Anil Ravipudi developed the concept and brought him on board once the shoot had already started.

Venkatesh has allotted 15 days for the film and will appear for around 20 minutes in the second half including a song. The pre-climax scenes featuring both stars are expected to be major highlights.

Venkatesh reportedly charged Rs 9 crores as remuneration which is considered reasonable. He completed his portions in a single schedule, while the song was shot later.

Nayanthara plays the female lead. The film is set for a worldwide release on January 12th.
