Cashing in on Balayya’s mass crowd-pulling mass image and Sankranthi festival season, Veera Simha Reddy collected a worldwide share of Rs 75.41 crore by the end of its full run. By the end of its full run, Veera Simha Reddy gained Rs 7.41 crore share and attained super hit status. The film has even emerged as the career highest-grosser for NBK.
