Varun Tej’s Korean Kanakaraju: A Horror Thriller

Varun Tej‘s last three movies were big failures at the box office, and his latest pan-India crime drama “Matka” also flopped.

Determined to make a strong comeback, Varun is gearing up for his next movie, tentatively titled “Korean Kanakaraju”.

The film is said to be a horror thriller set in the Rayalaseema region, with major portions being filmed in Korea.

Ritika Nayak, known for her roles in “Ashoka Vanam Lo Arjuna Kalyanam” and “Hi Nanna“, has been cast as the female lead. Recently, the team finished look tests for Varun Tej and Ritika.

The movie will be directed by Merlapaka Gandhi. It is being produced by UV Creations and First Frame Entertainments. More details about the cast and crew will be revealed soon.
