Tripti Dimri gained attention for her role in Animal but with fame came some criticism, especially for her performances in Animal and Bad Newz. Despite this, she remains unfazed and accepts the feedback, saying she has no regrets about her career choices.
In a recent interview, Tripti shared her approach to handling criticism. She said, “I give my 100 percent if the character or story interests me”.
“If it works great, if not, that’s okay. Not everyone will like you, and that’s fine. You can’t let that affect you. You have to follow your heart and do what feels right”.
Tripti also clarified that she isn’t trying to move away from any “sexualized” image, stating that her goal is to take on different roles to feel challenged. She wants to enjoy her work and never feel bored on set”.
“There have been rumors that she was dropped from Aashiqui 3 for being “too exposed,” but filmmaker Anurag Basu denied these claims, saying, “That’s not true, and Tripti knows it too”.
