As per the media reports, Rajinikanth is currently taking home a whopping of Rs 100 crore as his remuneration including the profits in the film business official making him the highest-paid actor in South cinema. A couple of days back, Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe was released and he is currently taking a rest at home and yet to confirm the new project.

• Mohanlal

Being a star hero in Malayalam, Mohanlal is even doing key roles in other industries like Telugu and Tamil. Reportedly, the Drishyam actor is getting a massive of Rs 64 crore as his remuneration for each film.

• Prabhas

Before Baahubali, Prabhas is a regional hero and used to get Rs 7 crore as remuneration for each film but after the blasting success of the Baahubali series, Prabhas got National wide popularity. Currently, he is working on four pan-India projects. Reportedly, Prabhas is charging a whopping of Rs 80-85 crore for each film.

Film actor turned politician Pawan Kalyan made his acting debut with earlier this year released Vakeel Saab. As per the industry buzz, Pawan got a whopping remuneration of Rs 50 crore for giving just 18 days of call-sheets for Vakeel Saab. Reportedly, for his upcoming projects such as Bheemla Nayak, Hari Hara Veeramallu and director Harish Shankar’s film, Pawan is getting Rs 60 crore as his remuneration.

• Mahesh Babu

Tollywood Superstar Mahesh Babu is one of the top stars in Telugu. Sources reveal that for each film, Mahesh is taking home a whopping remuneration of Rs 45 crore. Adding his net income from other sources like Television commercial advertisings, Mahesh Babu’s net worth per year is expected to be close to Rs 90 crore. He is currently working on a mass entertainer titled, Sarkaru Vaari Paata. Later, he has Trivikram and Rajamouli projects in the pipeline.

• NTR Junior

Thalapathy Vijay is one of the leading stars in Tamil. Widely known for his commercial entertainers, Vijay has been charging Rs 30-32 crore for each film, say sources. Currently, he is working on a project titled, Beast and has a few interesting projects in the pipeline.
