In recent updates on the much-anticipated Dasara festival film releases, it was confirmed just a couple of days ago that Nani’s “Hi Nanna,” Vishwaksen’s “Gangs Of Godavari,” Nithin’s “Extra,” and Varun Tej’s “Valentine” will all be hitting cinemas in almost the same week. Nani is set to grace the screens on the 7th of December, while the other films have chosen the 8th for their releases. However, an intriguing development has emerged.
Prabhas’ “Salaar” is scheduled for a grand release on December 22nd, and none of the leading heroes want to release their films either a week before or after this significant date. In light of this, ongoing discussions are taking place among the concerned parties to rearrange the release dates of two of the movies.
The grapevine suggests that either Vishwak Sen or Nithin, or possibly both, may adjust their release dates. There’s a strong possibility that Nithin’s film might be pushed to the 29th of December, and Vishwak’s “Gangs of Godavari” is also contemplating a different release date.
With Nani’s “Hi Nanna” potentially premiering on the 7th and Varun Tej’s “Operation Valentine” on the 8th, coinciding with their pan-India releases, industry experts are optimistic that this arrangement will provide a comfortable margin at the box office. However, the final decision regarding the release date shift is still pending. Stay tuned for further updates on this exciting lineup.
