The reason behind Rajamouli canceling test shoot

SS Rajamouli came up with the idea of a test shoot a month ago in order to resume the shoots. This test shoot will give the basic idea of how to continue the shoots with limited cast and crew and following government guidelines and regulations. But Rajamouli canceled the shoot on the scheduled date. Nobody came to know about the reason. They thought that because of a spike in the cases in Telangana, especially Hyderabad, Rajamouli has taken this decision.

However, it is now learned that Rajamouli prepared to go for the shoot but on the D-day, he realized that it is impossible to shoot the sequences without even 200 on the sets. On the other hand, there are positive cases registered for serial shoots which happened with 20 or 30 persons. Having said that, resuming shoot with 200 onboard is definitely a big risk. So Rajamouli has decided to halt the shoot until normalcy gets restored.
