Talk: Shankar planning to resume Indian 2 much earlier than expected

A couple of weeks back we had reported that director Shankar is planning to resume the shooting for his ambitious project, Indian 2 soon after wrapping up the shooting formalities for his ongoing film, RC15 with Ram Charan. Reports also came out that Shankar is planning to wrap up the entire shooting formalities for RC15 by November.

Meanwhile, the latest we hear is that Shankar is planning to resume the shooting for Indian 2 from September itself. Heroine Tamannaah will be replacing Kajal Aggarwal in the film, say Kollywood reports.

Also starring Siddharth, Priya Bhavani Shankar among others in key roles, Indian 2 is a sequel to Kamal-Shankar’s 1996 blockbuster, Indian. Lyca Productions is producing Indian 2 with a whopping budget.
