Surya S/o Krishnan To Be Re-Released For Valentine’s Day

Surya played a dual role in the film ‘Surya Son of Krishnan’. This film is directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon. Released in Tamil as Vaaranam Aiyaram, this film was dubbed in Telugu as Surya Son of Krishnan. Released on November 14, 2008, this film was a bigger success in Telugu than in Tamil. Even when it was re-released, the film was a great success. It is going to be released in Telugu once again on the occasion of Valentine’s Day.

The Telugu version is being released by CLN Media Production house. The production representative addressed the media on this occasion.

“Surya Son of Krishnan is being released in Telugu on the occasion of Valentine’s Day on the 14th of this month. Surya has displayed an excellent performance in this movie. Gautham Menon has created a masterpiece. Harris Jayaraj’s music is still relevant and trending on all platforms. PVR Theatre chain is coming up with ‘Lovers Day Week’ contest and Surya S/o Krishnan will be screened during this week on 12th February. Another show is being held on the 13th. Both shows are filling fast. The film will be released in all theaters in the two Telugu states on the 14th. We are releasing the Telugu version in Karnataka and overseas along with the Telugu states. We have planned more than 300 shows in total. All the youth are eagerly waiting for this movie. On this occasion, we thank PVR for boosting this movie. Although it will be screened on the 12th and 13th, we are confident that it will be a big hit on the 14th. All 7 songs in this movie are all-time favorite songs for the youth. I say that it is a matter of pride for our company to release such a film..” he said.
