Kollywood Superstar Rajinikanth is working on an intense actioner, titled, Jailer. Being directed by Nelson Dilipkumar of Beast fame, Jailer also has Kannada star Shivarajkumar in a key role.
Shivarajkumar joined the film’s sets a few months back and wrapped up a major part of the shooting. Even Malayalam star Mohanlal is roped in for a prominent role in the film. Meanwhile, this evening an official announcement came out that noted Telugu actor Sunil is doing a key role in the film. Sunil’s look from the film is also unveiled by the makers.
Currently, Jailer shooting is underway at a specially erected Jail set in Hyderabad. Rajinikanth is playing the role of Muthuvel Pandian, a Jailer. Co-starring Ramya Krishnan in a negatively shaded character, Jailer also has Vasanth Ravi, Yogi Babu and Vinayakan in prominent roles. Bankrolled by Sun Pictures banner, Jailer has its music composed by Anirudh.
