Soha Ali Khan has completed shooting her new film with R Madhavan and Raashii Khanna and the project is now in post production.
In an interview she said about how fitness has become a lifelong commitment for her. She said staying healthy helps you enjoy life even when you are older.
According to her the three basics of fitness are good food, regular exercise, and proper sleep. She also stressed being calm and kind to yourself especially when hormones affect your mood.
Soha said many girls in rural India still see periods as a taboo and more awareness is needed. She also said that she does yearly health check-ups around her birthday including hormone tests, as she might be in perimenopause.
Though she enjoys podcasting, acting remains her first love. Her next film release date is yet to be announced.
