Shah Rukh Khan is teaming up with director Siddharth Anand for an action film titled King. Suhana Khan plays a key role while Abhishek Bachchan will be seen in a negative role.
The film’s pre-production is almost complete and shooting will start this year. It is being produced by Marflix Productions and Red Chillies Entertainment.
Deepika Padukone has also joined the cast and will play Suhana’s mother. Though it’s not a full-length role it is an important one.
SRK and Deepika have worked together before in Om Shanti Om, Pathaan, and Jawan. Earlier Sujoy Ghosh was the director, but he stepped down and Siddharth Anand took over.
King is expected to release next year.
