Star director to do a cameo in Chiranjeevi’s Godfather

The shooting for Godfather featuring Megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead role is progressing at a fast pace. Being directed by Mohan Raja, the film is an official remake of the Malayalam political thriller, Lucifer.

Meanwhile, the latest news is that star director Puri Jagannadh will be doing a cameo in the movie. Reportedly, Puri Jagan will be seen in the journalist role in a key episode and the shoot for his part will kick-start from this weekend.

It is well-known that Bollywood star Salman Khan is doing an extended cameo role in the film. Co-starring Nayanthara and Satyadev in prominent roles, Godfather is produced by NV Prasad and RB Choudhary. Thaman is the music composer for the film.
