Raj Tarun and Varsha Bollamma’s recent film, Stad Up Rahul, which was released on March 18th, for Holi this year, has finally debuted on Aha today. The movie is directed by debutant Santo, and centres around Rahul, an aspiring stand-up comedian, and his romance with Sreya.
The film has excellent production values, having been produced by Nandkumar Abbineni and Bharath Maguluri. Stand Up Rahul is an urban, coming of age love story, which explores the complexities of modern-day love, and what factors affect it, with Rahul and Sreya’s love story. Along with Raj Tarun and Varsha, Indraja, Murali Sharma and Vennela Kishore can be seen in key roles in the film.
The performances of the leads were praised upon the film’s release, and the film’s OTT debut has been much awaited. Aha, as usual, released its trailer cut of the film a few days ago as well. Stand Up Rahul makes for a cool viewing this hot summer, so don’t miss out on it.
