SS Rajamouli Spent A Colossal Amount To Reserve A Seat For RRR Actors & Family Members At Oscars 2023?

According to Academy Award regulations, free passes are only given to nominees and one member of their immediate family. According to this restriction, only MM Keeravani and Chandrabose and one member of each of their families were permitted free admission. Therefore, technically, the tickets for the awards ceremony were purchased by the remaining cast members, SS Rajamouli, Rama Rajamouli (SSR’s wife), Karthikeya (SSR’s son) and his wife, Ram Charan, Upasana (Charan’s wife), and Jr. NTR.

According per the claim SS Rajamouli paid a substantial amount to secure passes for the Oscars 2023. He provided for his wife, Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, and family. According to information, the per-person cost was over $20.6 lakhs, meaning the RRR director had to spend a staggering $1.44 crore to include his crew in the historic evening.

Although it cost a lot, RRR director SS Rajamouli and the other attendees felt it was well worth it!

Ram Charan and his wife Upasana, who were returning to India after the Oscars, arrived at the New Delhi airport yesterday morning to a hero’s welcome. Ram stated to the press, “It’s not our music. The national anthem is “Naatu Naatu”. It now has a chance to win at the Oscars because to your affection.
