SS Rajamouli deems it is impossible to shoot with present guidelines

Telugu states have issued guidelines to shoot for Films and TV shows. Several serials have started shoot but halted them as the productivity is not as high as they expected with the guidelines in place. But TV shows have started production with utmost care and they have restricted the stage, the platform and even the people who should be working at a time on one equipment.

Can the same be helpful for a film like RRR? Rajamouli wanted to see if it is possible or even probable. He wanted to conduct a trial shoot from Today but the team cancelled it after police denied permission sighting some violations, it seems. With liability on producer increasing, the team decided that it is impossible to shoot with present guidelines and they will wait for a month to re-access the situation, it seems. NTR and Ram Charan have already denied to join shoots even for Ad films.
